To cancel an order, please email us at info@medcasestudies.com immediately as we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order. If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, please email us at info@medcasestudies.com with your order number and updated shipping address as soon as possible. We’re unable to make any changes to your order once it’s been shipped out.

Refunds
Once you have shipped your return back to us, it may take up to 2-3 weeks to receive your refund, as we need to confirm the receipt of product before processing any reimbursements. Please note any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once your refund has been processed you can expect a confirmation email detailing the transaction in the next 1-2 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please let us know and we will assist you as soon as we can.
Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). You should see a transaction for the return posted on your card within 3 business days of the refund being processed.
